At Legit Business Networks, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Physical Products (Health Products)
- Refunds are only applicable to unused, unopened products
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in original packaging
⚠️ Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used health products
Digital Products / Memberships
- No refunds will be issued once access has been granted to digital content, training, or membership platforms
- This includes affiliate programs and business opportunity access
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
