Refund Policy

Overview

At Legit Business Networks, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Physical Products (Health Products)

  • Refunds are only applicable to unused, unopened products
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned in original packaging

⚠️ Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used health products

Digital Products / Memberships

  • No refunds will be issued once access has been granted to digital content, training, or membership platforms
  • This includes affiliate programs and business opportunity access

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
